Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. We understands that getting your purchase quickly is important to you, so we ensure best possible methods are being followed to deliver the purchase to your doorstep.
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by us in our website.
Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 2-4 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 5 -10 working days, depending on the pin-code serviceability area and the mode of payment chosen by the customer.
In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 10 working days of the order(case wise exceptions) , we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment*.
We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies like Fedex,Aramex,E-com Express,Delivery,Blue Dart and many more...
While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and Whatsapp Us +91 90807 30032 or drop in an email at [email protected], mentioning your Order Id. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest
Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
*Note: In the event we have to cancel any items in your order, if you have paid using a credit card your credit card shall not be charged for the above cancelled item(s). If you have paid using a debit card/netbanking, your bank shall be instructed to refund the amount within 2 working days. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time, which may be 7-15 days. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.

As per the request of your complaint, www.xtremz.in shall investigate the authencity of the complaint and if it’s match with our policies for replacement then we will do so at same time. However in the discrepancy of baseless complaints regarding the quality and content of the product, www.xtremz.in reserves the rights to disregard the complaint and no replacement shall be made.
Make sure before accepting the shipment of any product packaging is not damaged or tampered. If you observed that packaging is damaged or tampered then kindly refuse to take the delivery and inform to www.xtremz.in at same time. The return process of the product may be restricted by www.xtremz.in depending on the category of the product.
Please notify www.xtremz.in of receipt of a damaged/ defective product/service within 48-hours of delivery to You. If You are unable to do so within 48-hours, www.xtremz.in shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.
www.xtremz.in will arrange pick-up of the damaged/defective product through its own logistics partner. In the event www.xtremz.in is unable to do so, www.xtremz.in will notify You regarding the same and You will be required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in Your respective area within one (1) day from receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed in such form as is determined by the logistics team upon prior consultation with www.xtremz.in
Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.;
It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit;
The returned products are subject to verification and checks by www.xtremz.in in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/ return.
In the event the return of a product is duly accepted by www.xtremz.in, the value of such product, as originally paid by you during acceptance of delivery of product or otherwise, will be refunded to you. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment and www.xtremz.in or the approved payment gateway will credit. Your refunds directly into your debit/credit card or online accounts or provide you with a Cheque in this regard. Refunds will be subject to the following:-
Orders paid online will be refunded within 7-21 working days through the online account or via Cheque, depending on the then current circumstances as determined by www.xtremz.in
For Cash on Delivery payments, you will be provided with a Refund Cheque/Account Transfer.
A promo code, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by customer or www.xtremz.in
